How many years have you been operating ?

eCar Australasia launched in 2005 on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. We have now re-branded to eCar Commercial Pty Ltd as we have extended our global reach.

What is the Ordering Process ?

The general process includes an assessment of your business needs; and electric cars requirements. After a final proposal is agreed upon we will finalise the delivery dates and shipping location. Payment is made according to the proposal which is normally an initial deposit and a final payment before delivery.

Do you sell direct to the public ?

Yes, eCar Commercial are now selling direct to the public. However we are still a wholesale distributor who focuses predominantly on wholesale, government organisations and businesses. Please contact our friendly team who can put you in touch with the right person to discuss the right solutions for your needs.

How long does it take to receive a Electric Golf Car ?

We pride ourselves on fast delivery of your order but the exact timeframe depends on the type of vehicle you choose and your specified delivery location. Please contact one of our team members for more information.

Payment Options

We provide several options for payment of goods including: Direct Debit, Credit and Bank Transfers.

Warranty?

All eCars come with a 2 year parts warranty and 2 year battery warranty. We also have additional options available.

Can you export outside of Australia and the South Pacific region ?

Yes we can export to a number of countries now. The cost of the delivery is dependant on your region and golf cars and parts ordered. Please send an enquiry through our contact form.
